Perhaps one of the most important questions: “How long to fry nuggets?” Chicken fillet cooks quickly, so 12 minutes per batch, six minutes per side, is plenty.

Also, pay attention to the fact that you need to lower the pieces into the already boiling oil, otherwise they may settle to the bottom and stick. And in order for the breading to keep perfectly, the nuggets can be kept in the freezer for a while before frying. 30 minutes will be enough. So that excess oil is glass, you can put them on a plate lined with paper towel for 5 minutes.
